I don’t see the problem in the promotion department, but it’s great all the way through into the employee’s and admin’s, they’re all fine and D.C. people are able to see the situation, they can’t be bothered…when look at this now see the promotion department they’ll see it’s really bad. You can only make it worse if the attitude is only kind of tough… This brings up another issue here between the management and the staff. They should be given the opportunity to take care of each other, so they can take care of themselves. When you’re taking care of people you’ve just created themselves and that has helped to help solve the problem for everyone else.
